39th Annual Native American Elders and Youth Gathering Vendor Information & Application:
We pleased to offer select Online Vendor opportunities from July 28 – 30, 2023. This event is a wonderful opportunity for people from around the world to come together and learn, share, practice, and celebrate! Our focus is on cultivating a mind of compassion and positive action as a community. We support local artists & businesses to share their offerings.
Vending will be available by having your website listed on the Elders Gathering Vendors page and you can have opportunity via zoom for interaction with prospective customers. We are looking for vendors primarily that carry Native American or Buddhist items.
Vendors must pre-register to vend at this event and can do so by submitting the application form below. Your application will be reviewed by the committee, and we will notify you of the committee’s final decisions by July 1 or earlier.
Once approved, an agreement will be sent to you. Please read our agreement carefully, sign and return this agreement to eldersgathering@sunray.org to reserve your spot.
We ask that Vendors: pay a fee of $50 for the weekend, c/o Sunray Meditation Society in advance, and then a 30% offering of revenue generated at the end of the weekend.
With approval, completion of agreement and advance payment, and submission of a photo and/or zoom link, your Booth will be digitally located here.

Vendors are welcome to consider making a separate donation to Sunray in order to provide direct support to the presenting Elders, and enable Sunray to cover expenses for this precious program.
