Meal Service

Registration and Donations for Elders’ Meals:

Food service at the Elders and Youth Gathering this year is offered with registration. A limited quantity of additional meals will be available for purchase on-site. 

We are providing complimentary meals for Elders, ministers, youth presenters, invited guests and firekeepers. We welcome Heart Donations and Meal Sponsorships to help us to cover the costs of these complimentary meals.

Meals for Children ages 0 – 7 are free. To reveal discounted meals for children ages 8 – 14, enter the promo code CHILDREN, then click on the “Apply” button.

In order to help with meal planning, we ask that everyone register for meals in advance. 

In kindness towards the chef, please register as soon as possible.
