Health and Wellness Safety 

We warmly welcome you to join us in our Peace Village/ Elders and Youth Gathering.

Insect Protection: protect yourself from mosquitoes, ticks and other insects. Make sure you check for ticks daily, especially in unsuspecting areas of your body. It’s also recommended to wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants.

First aid and allergies: Bring a first aid kit and any herbal or medicines that you might want, an EpiPen or other medications.

Sun and weather: Be comfortable. Protect yourselves with clothing, sun hat, sunscreen, etc. UV rays can burn your skin on a sunny or cloudy day. Vermont mountain weather is variable, bring rain, wind, cold weather clothing, bring chair, blanket to sit on.

Stay hydrated, bringing water bottles.

Let us be mindful of good health practices. (Kindly), stay at home if you feel sick and join through zoom.
