Vendor Information:

We are pleased to offer Online Vendor Booth spaces from July 25th – 27th, 2025. This event is a wonderful opportunity for people from around the world to come together and learn, share, practice, and celebrate! Our focus is on cultivating a mind of compassion and positive action as a community. We support local artists & businesses to share their offerings

Our Vendor Booths are set up on the South side of the laneway just east of the Community Hall at the Sunray Peace Village located in Lincoln, VT. These booth locations are outdoors and are approximately 10 x 10. We are looking for vendors primarily that carry Native American or Buddhist items.

Vendors must apply to vend at this event. Upon acceptance, we ask that Vendors: pay a fee of $50 for the weekend, c/o Sunray Meditation Society in advance, and then a 30% offering of revenue generated at the end of the weekend. Meals and camping are available – camping costs $75 for the weekend and includes full use of bathrooms and hot showers; meals are $48 per day and includes 3 buffet-style meals. You can choose to purchase meals or bring your own food. Kitchen facilities are not available.

Vendors are to arrive and set up Thursday night (preferred) or Friday at 7am. Vendors are expected to remain on site throughout the event unless a prior arrangement has been made. Take down is on Sunday after the main events have concluded at 5pm. Vendors will supply their own equipment including tables, chairs, and shelter (if needed) and are responsible for set up and take down of their own equipment. Electricity is not provided.
