Mary Kitchens (aka Reverend Meli)

Mary Kitchens (aka Reverend Meli) is a minister in the Sunray Meditation tradition. She is a drumkeeper for the Unole Women’s Drum as well as the Marin American Indian Alliance drum. Meli was born and raised in the Bay Area of California, and currently lives for most of the year on Coast Miwok land in Fairfax, CA.  Nothing makes her happier than sitting around a powwow drum with a bunch of singers.
