We are grateful for the opportunity to practice together.
For the next four Saturdays, beginning June 20th, our Saturday morning meditation will focus on the moving meditation, the Dance of Directions. The first Saturday will explore the individual movements, their meanings and the benefit they hold for our selves, and the lands we walk on. Whether you are new to the dance, or a long-time practitioner, this beginner mind is an awe-inspiring mind.
All are invited to join us at 7am Pacific Time, 10am Eastern Time, on the zoom platform.
