for the
36th Annual Native American Elders Gathering
July 24 – 25th
Our song of life conveyed through waves and conversations with the universes
Osyio,
We at Sunray acknowledge the seed potential of wellness within each of us and within the expressed dissonance arising as Covid-19 and will manifest prayer and celebrations via dancing waves of light as we continue the Elders Gathering and shared visioning of the healthy planet we choose.
We are writing to update you on Sunray programs that are planned and to extend a special invitation to you to join us again this year for the 36th Elders Gathering, July 24-25, 2020…this time live streamed to you in your homes.
Yes, for the first time Elders Gathering will take place virtually via livestreaming online with a few local Sunray members supporting the ceremonial components of Elders Gathering in Vermont. While this wasn’t an easy decision for us, your safety and compliance with Vermont’s Covid-19 regulations are our priority.
Creativity, adapting, and maintaining the ceremonies, medicine, prayers, and sacred practices are key to moving through this time with equanimity, peace and joyful action. The current times in which we find ourselves were foretold in the prophecies of our indigenous Elders. And they require that we adapt so that, together, we can continue to fulfill our commitments to planetary peace and the well-being of all beings.
We look forward to you joining us online for Elders Gathering this year and to your return to the Peace Village next year to be with us for the 37th Elders Gathering.
In peace,
