    Event camping is generally available starting from the day before the event begins, until the day after the event ends. If you would like to extend your stay please indicate your desired arrival and departure dates.

    Camping Accommodations Options and Rates

    Program and Retreat Camping Rates

    • Camping Vehicle Rates (your own camping vehicle):  $26.00/night, $140.00/week for up to 2 people  ($5 per person for each additional person; $3 for children 12 and under) 
    • Tent Rates (your own personal tent(s): $26.00/night, $140.00/week, per tent for up to 2 people  ($5 per person for each additional person; $3 for children 12 and under).
    • Glamping Tent Rates: Sunray provides large tent accommodations complete with beds & linens/blankets, nightstand and lantern. No electricity provided. Each tent sleeps up to 4 people easily (queen beds, double beds, and/or blow up mattresses available. We can tailor this to your needs). During the Elders and Youth Gathering glamping tents are offered first to Native American Elders: $40/night for one person, $20/night for each additional adult, (18 y.o. and older); $12/night for each child.
    • Standard Tent (Sunray provides) $30/night, $175.00/week, per tent for up to 2 people  ($5 per person for each additional person; $3 for children12 and under).
    • Native American Campers may make a traditional offering

    What to Bring

    • Camping gear if you are providing your own tent or camping vehicle (tent, tarp, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, flash light) 
    • Appropriate seasonal clothing (rain gear and warm layers); please be advised that weather conditions can and do change quickly up in our beautiful Green Mountain home.
    • Food, stove, mess kit, cooking equipment, cooler (unless otherwise indicated by the event or program; meals provided only if specifically noted)
