    Note: If you would like to purchase meals for the gathering, please buy your meal tickets online at https://sunray.org/eldersgathering so we can get a tentative headcount for catering.


    SECTION 5: Additional Information

    Location

    • Set-up areas will be coordinated individually, but most vendors will be placed near the Temple area.
    • We will work with you directly to find the best space based on your needs.

    Contribution

    • A small portion of your vendor proceeds or a flat fee (to be discussed) is requested as a donation to support Sunray Meditation Society to ensure the preservation of the Peace Village.
    • Please be generous within your capacity—this helps maintain the grounds and supports indigenous-led spiritual work.

    Admission

    • Vendors attend the event for free.
    • If you would like to pay for meals, you can by meal tickets online or at the event (See above)!
    • The atmosphere is one of peace, respect, and community. We encourage mindful, heart-centered interaction.

    Set Up

    • Please bring everything you need for your own setup (tables, shade, signage, etc.). Note we want to be respectful of the land and not set up in a way that would cause harm.
    • Please be sure to note if you need a power source for any of your services as we will do our best to help you in this regard.
